Where is the meeting point?
A
Please check the meeting point after 7PM on the day before your reserved tour/course.

What do I need to bring?
A
Swimwear (please have your swimwear on under your clothes), beach sandals, towel, sunscreen, and a change of clothes.
Please come in clothes you don't mind getting wet.

Is there a shuttle service?
A
We're sorry, we do not offer shuttle services.
Please contact us at 098-963-0551 if you need assistance finding the meeting point.

Are there showers, washrooms, and changing rooms available?
A
Yes, our facility is fully equipped for your convenience.
*However, please note that if the meeting point is at Mibaru Beach, there is a parking fee (¥500/vehicle) and shower fee (¥200/person).

What can I bring to the tour?
A
For safety reasons, we do not permit cameras, cell/smartphones, GoPro and other such items on our tours and courses. Hats/Caps, eyeglasses, sunglasses and sun visors are permitted only for those participating in the Sea Kayak Tours. Please note we are not liable in cases of loss or damage of personal items.

Where can I keep my valuables?
A
Please use our coin-operated lockers to safe-keep your valuable items. Please do not carry them with you on the tours and activities.

How can I pay?
A
Please pay in Japanese Yen at the site. We do not accept credit cards.

Are there children's rates?
A
We're sorry, we do not have special rates for children.
Q
From what age can we participate in diving, snorkeling, kayaking and/or marine sports?
A
To participate, you must be 12 or older for diving, 6 or older for snorkeling, and 4 or older for kayaking and marine sports!
Q
I wear contact lenses…
A
Contact lenses are rarely lost during diving and snorkeling because you'll be wearing goggles. Please note we're not liable if you lose your contact lenses. We have prescription goggles, so please ask one of our staff.

Are tours available even if it rains?
A
Yes, we'll hold the tours even in the rain, as long as the sea conditions are fine. However, please note that the tours may be cancelled due to typhoons, storms and in adverse sea conditions.

Should I make my reservations on the phone or by e-mail?
A
If you've visit our website, you'll see we have special online offers, so we recommend you make your reservations online.
